Using 0mrr

These terms apply to 0mrr, our startup listings and sponsorship services. “We” and “us” refer to the team operating 0mrr. By using the service or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you submit on behalf of a business, you must have permission to act for it.

Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Only connect payment-provider accounts and submit content you are authorised to use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

A place for your startup

Adding a startup costs US$1 per project, paid once. This is an admission fee, not a subscription or a seven-day listing. There is no automatic renewal. Revenue verification and eligibility checks happen before payment; publication follows confirmation of a successful payment.

New startups must have supported, verified monthly recurring revenue (MRR) below US$1,000. A verified $0 is welcome. Ranking follows verified MRR, and startups reaching US$1,000 appear in the graduates area. Paying the admission fee or buying an ad does not buy a ranking position.

You do not need to create an account. Keep access to your management email and treat management links as private. Use Manage startup to edit details, reconnect Stripe, or hide and restore your project. Restoring an already-paid listing does not require another admission payment.

A one-time fee does not guarantee permanent operation of the service, continuous eligibility, a particular rank, traffic, customers or revenue. A listing may leave the public leaderboard if its connection or verification is no longer current.

Connecting and showing revenue

Use the restricted Stripe key configured with the read-only permissions in our setup guide. It allows us to verify and refresh revenue from the connected account and selected scope. Do not submit a full-access secret key or a key belonging to someone else.

Displayed MRR is calculated from supported Stripe records. The current calculation covers active, fixed-price subscriptions in USD, converted to a monthly amount. One-time payments are not MRR; some billing arrangements, such as usage-based pricing and discounts, are not supported.

Verification is a check of connected payment data, not a financial audit, an endorsement of the startup, or a guarantee of its future results. Updates may be delayed or fail. We may retain the last successful snapshot and temporarily remove a startup from public rankings until verification is current.

You can revoke the key in Stripe. This stops future access through that key and may affect your listing. Hiding a project does not itself revoke the connection or delete its history.

These are our current early-bird packages. Your run starts when the ad is activated: seven days is 168 hours and 30 days is 720 hours. The ad stops at its scheduled end. There is no automatic renewal. Future prices may change; the price and duration confirmed for an existing purchase remain its purchase terms.

Up to 20 active campaigns share one rotation across 0mrr pages. Ads appear in desktop side rails and mobile top and bottom strips. A purchase is a place in that shared rotation, not an exclusive or permanently fixed screen position. External Stripe Checkout pages are outside 0mrr.

Availability is confirmed during checkout. We do not guarantee a number of impressions, clicks, leads or sales. Audience and delivery figures are measurements, not promised results.

Review your website, brand name, message, logo, colour and package before paying. Ad details are fixed after purchase. Paid ads may be paused if there is a content, security or payment issue. A pause does not automatically extend the scheduled end time.

Payments, refunds and delivery issues

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes payments and payment receipts. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges.

The US$1 startup admission fee is non-refundable after successful publication, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Duplicate charges or an admission that did not complete can be reported for review.

Sponsorship purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not offer routine cancellations or changes of advertising material after payment.

If you see a duplicate charge, a paid startup has not been published, or a paid ad has not activated, contact waihlongchoong@gmail.com with your project or ad name and payment reference. We will investigate the payment and delivery records. Please check the existing order before paying again.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Contacting us about an issue does not require you to share a card number, Stripe secret key or private management link.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of your project information, logos and advertising material. By submitting them, you give 0mrr permission to host, resize and display them as needed to provide the listing or sponsorship service.

Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content, impersonate another business, manipulate revenue records or measurements, or link to malware, phishing or other harmful destinations. We may restrict content or access to address these issues, protect the service or comply with law.

Listings and sponsor links lead to third-party websites. Those businesses are responsible for their own products, content and policies. Appearing on 0mrr does not mean we endorse them.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or interrupt the service, and we cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free data. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. If an issue affects a paid service, contact us so we can review it.
